Start with the actual pack

Share the printer's dieline, sealed edges, gusset dimensions, zipper position and any transparent window. A flat artwork can look balanced while the filled pouch hides important text. We review the intended front-facing area and keep essential information away from folds and seals.

Make variants easy to recognise

The master layout establishes the brand, product name, variant, quantity and supporting information. Colour, naming and product imagery can distinguish flavours or sizes without making each SKU feel like a separate brand. Confirm the full range before artwork adaptation begins.

Review before production

We prepare agreed artwork files against the printer's specification. The brand supplies and approves ingredients, claims, barcodes and other mandatory copy. Your printer must confirm substrate, colour handling, legibility and a physical proof before manufacturing.

Can an existing pouch design be extended to more flavours?

Yes. Share the original editable files, brand guidelines, new SKU information and supplier dimensions. We first check whether the layout can accommodate the additional names and copy before quoting adaptation work.

Do you print or manufacture pouches?

Grafizu provides graphic design and artwork. You appoint the packaging supplier, who confirms materials, production tolerances, proofs and manufacturing.

What determines the cost of pouch design?

The quote depends on whether this is a new master design or an adaptation, the number of SKUs, copy and image readiness, and the agreed review and production handoff requirements.
