The terms that govern use of the Grafizu website and our services.
1. Using this site
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. Content is provided for information and may change without notice.
2. Services & proposals
Services are delivered under a written proposal that sets scope, timeline, fees and revision rounds. Proposals are valid for 30 days.
3. Intellectual property
On full payment, client receives rights to final approved deliverables. Grafizu retains rights to working files, unless agreed otherwise, and may showcase the work in its portfolio.
4. Payments
Projects are billed in milestones. Late payments may pause work. Monthly retainers renew until cancelled with 30 days' notice.
5. Liability
Grafizu is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Indore.
