Grafizu · Rebranding & identity refresh in Indore

A considered rebrand for your next stage.

An established business already owns recognition. Before changing its identity, we examine what customers recognise, where the current system breaks down and what the business needs to communicate next. The brief may call for a focused refresh rather than replacing every asset.

A clearly defined scope

  • Review of existing identity assets and priority applications
  • Agreed direction: retain, refine or replace
  • Refreshed identity system and practical usage guidance
  • A phased rollout list for packaging, print and digital touchpoints

A better brief. A stronger starting point.

Share your current logo files, brand guidelines, product range and examples of everyday applications. Explain the business change behind the rebrand, which elements customers recognise and any stock, signage or website constraints that affect the transition.

Set up for remote collaboration

Clear proposals, agreed milestones, focused reviews and organised delivery help founders and teams collaborate across locations. If you found Grafizu through Upwork, Fiverr or Freelancer, keep the project scope and milestones agreed on that platform.

Where this design work fits

  • Business repositioning: align the identity with a changed audience, offer or market.
  • Inconsistent applications: bring packaging, brochures and digital assets into one usable visual system.
  • An identity refresh: improve legibility and flexibility while retaining useful recognition.

From brief to agreed deliverables

  1. 01

    Audit what exists

Review current assets in their actual settings. Record recognition, legibility and consistency issues, along with practical production constraints. Agree what success means before drawing a replacement.

  2. 02

    Choose the degree of change

Compare a refinement with a more substantial redesign against the brief. Test the chosen direction on representative packaging, sales material and digital applications before extending the system.

  3. 03

    Sequence the transition

Build a priority list for launch assets, existing stock and supplier handoffs. Document approved variations and usage rules so the transition is manageable for the team.

What affects the project quote?

A small visual refresh and a full repositioning require different work. The scope should account for existing recognition and the number of applications that must change.

  • Depth of identity review and positioning work
  • Extent of retained versus redesigned assets
  • Guideline detail and rollout applications

We define the scope before quoting. Review our pricing approach or share your project brief.

Plan your project

Before we begin

Does a rebrand always require a new name?

No. Naming, positioning and visual identity are separate decisions. A refresh can retain the business name and recognisable assets while improving consistency and practical use.

Can existing packaging remain during the transition?

The rollout can account for existing stock and production cycles. We agree which assets change first and how old and new applications will coexist; the business approves inventory and supplier decisions.

Will rebranding improve sales?

Design can improve clarity and consistency, but it cannot guarantee sales. Product quality, pricing, distribution and marketing also affect commercial results.

Who checks name and trademark availability?

The business and its appointed legal advisor handle name clearance and trademark checks. Design approval does not establish legal ownership.
